The Just-In-Time (JIT) Delivery Model
For projects like the GIFT City High-rises or Mundra Industrial setups, we cannot dump 50 trailers at once. It would choke the site entrance.
We assign a Dedicated Logistics Coordinator to your project who communicates directly with your Site Store Manager.
- Staggered Convoy: Trucks are dispatched in waves (e.g., 5 trucks every 4 hours) to match your unloading speed.
- Route Surveys: For ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) like 14-meter plates, we pre-survey the route for turning radius issues.
Handling Long Products (12m+)
Standard trucks are 20-22 feet. Structural steel comes in 40 feet (12 meters). Using short trucks for long steel is dangerous and causes bending.
We utilize 40ft High-Bed Trailers and extendable trailers. This ensures that the steel is fully supported along its length, preventing permanent deformation (sagging) during transit. Material arrives straight and ready for erection.
